Estelle has a way of making you feel as special as you truly are. She understands the body, the mind and the spirit, and is in tune at any given moment with which one needs to support. When I am with her working out, she pushes me past my potential, because she knows I am not thinking that big… but she is. I trust her and it has paid off over and over again. I have worked-out with a few different trainers in my life, but I have never had a personal “coach” with that much passion, who makes me feel like she is a member of my team … it makes me want to be more accountable, makes me want to show-up each and every time. I do not dread working out anymore… I dread when I have to miss one. Love My Coach!

Estelle is my accountability partner also my running partner. She comes to you real because all she wants out of you is the best nothing less. She has a gift to speak to you to make you feel like you  I can do it all. Thanks for helping me to keep pushing forward. See you in the morning at 5 am.

Estelle – I can honestly say you care about your exercisers (your students). You talk to us about wise choices in our eating. You accept us – we are not vegan or vegetarian, but you understand that. My exercise program is great – you skillfully select the routines with a lot of thought and it is effective. I’m 65 and I have classes twice a week. I’m enjoying my classes (no matter how tired I get). But I love it!!!

I began working out with my personal trainer Ms. Estelle Brooks at Fit4U in January 2021. I was at my heaviest weight and non mobile for the most part meaning it was difficult for me to walk up stairs and walk short distances my a1c at that time was 8.6 . After working out just 2days a week in June my A1c it was down to 6.2 and this November I was able to use the seat belt on the airplane which I have not been able to do for years. My body feels the best it has in years and this has been the best decision I’ve made in years for my health and well being. I love Estelle as a sister and a friend. The work she does is amazing and beneficial to all people who want to live better and feel better.
